  • After loosing our mum in 2017, and the hospital denying their mistakes we contacted the NHS Ombudsman. Although they found failing in her care and admitted it could have contributed to her death they wouldn’t say it did. We contacted Slee Blackman after they were recommended to us. Oliver took on our case and got us the top specialist to look at our complaint and back up our findings. It felt like Oliver was personally involved although professionally, he was sympathetic towards our feelings. We were able to express our grief and sometimes cry, as reliving the details was very difficult. We followed his advice, it’s took along time to reach a settlement and although it wasn’t the result I really prayed for I can now let go.
