Oliver Thorne was delighted to again be nominated for the prestigious Clinical Negligence Lawyer of the Year award and sees it as recognition of the compassion and empathy he shows towards his clients, especially those who have been the victim of a childbirth injury. Oliver prides himself on building a solid relationship with his clients so that he fully understands their case and the impact the medical accident has had on their lives and the lives of the loved ones around them. His approach to clinical negligence law puts warmth, kindness and compassion at the forefront, but above all, Oliver is known for simply listening to his clients.
Many of his clients come to him from personal referrals from across the country. He also has links with his local branch of head injury charity, Headway, and has recently been working with the Calvert Trust, a charity that offers outdoor pursuits for the disabled.
